TRYathlon training tip 1 – Have fun, stay safe & healthy
Some great tips for training and performance in the Weet-Bix kids TRYathlon. The main thing is to keep you safe. Remember that most of your training will be done outdoors so make sure to slip, slop, slap. Check all your gear and make sure you have some goggles for swimming, if you have a bike helmet then adjust it to suit your head and most importantly make sure you have some well fitted running shoes for which you do up the shoelaces each time you go for a run.
